I'm considering commissioning someone to do a portrait. I have been meaning to have one done for a good friend's birthday present. Just a simple pencil sketch of the face and shoulders.

I have no idea how to go about finding an artist interested or what the price for something like that should be. Honestly, I'd love to find someone willing to do it for free(I'm broke haha).
